Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for those who need their golden glow in a hurry for an upcoming trip or event.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been whisked away by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

International Shipping

  • Global Glow: We ship to select international destinations.

  • Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Quality That Lasts (Even in Transit)

  • Secure Packaging: Every piece, from The Bali Necklace to The Sun Kissed Bracelet, is packaged securely to prevent scratches or damage during transit. We package all items in a jewellery box, and smaller items such as earrings or studs in pouches. 

  • Delivery Issues: If your jewellery arrives damaged or your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact our support team within 48 hours so we can help resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

  • Check Your Details: To ensure your pieces find their way home, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
