What is the return policy?
To maintain our commitment to sustainability and quality, we only accept returns on items that are functionally broken or damaged during transit within 14 days. We do not offer returns for change of mind. If your item is compromised, please reach out with a photo of the damage so we can make it right.
Is your jewellery really waterproof and tarnish resistant?
Absolutely. We design our pieces for the woman who lives life in motion - whether that’s at the gym, in the shower, or diving into the ocean.
Unlike traditional gold-plated or vermeil jewellery that can wear off in months, we use jewellery that has gone through a specialised process called 18k Gold PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) Plating. This technique bonds the gold to the high-grade stainless steel core at a molecular level, creating a finish that is:

Our jewellery is designed for quality that lasts. Because we use high-grade stainless steel and an advanced PVD plating process, you can expect your pieces to maintain their high-shine, golden glow for 3–5 years of daily wear - possibly more.
